2014 Theme – Color of the Future

Color of the Future, our annual theme show held in the Sandy Public Library, will be a bright beginning to the spring, a time of re-birth and rejuvenation; on the other hand, maybe not… Your artwork may reflect your hopes and dreams for the future; or your disrepair and depression… The ‘color of the future’ is in your hands, you decide. Artist come in many colors…

The show will hang from March 6 through June 5, the reception details (for April or May) will be announced later.

Becky Hawley, the Theme Show head this year, is looking for a volunteer to help with the show.

This color-filled show has 3 requirements:

      1. The artwork must be in COLOR.
      2. Items must meet the CCAA hanging guidelines attached.
      3. WAG members only.

THIS IS IMPORTANT…We must have the following tag information by February 15th:

  • Title
  • Medium
  • Price
  • Approximate Size – Including the Frame

You still have until March 5th to get your work delivered. (Time & place to be announced.)

Last, but not least…if you have a photo of your artwork, to include in our press releases, please email it in high quality, ASAP.

The public is invited to view the Wy'east Artisan's Guild art shows in the lobby of the Sandy Actors Theatre during play hours. Each show opens on a Thursday at 6:45pm with a reception. After opening, the theater is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 7:15pm and Sundays from 2:15pm, until closing. The theater is located in Sandy, Oregon behind the Ace Hardware.
